Back in December I had all my thank-you notes ready for mailing, but then real life stuff happened and in the confusion one card wasn't mailed.  I just found it today, still sealed and stamped.  Should I just send this note out, or should I write a new one since I've been accepted by two schools?

When you register an LOR writer online, do they have access to / will they be able to view the content of your application (app info, SOP, etc)? Does anyone know what information (about you, the applicant) the LOR writer receives/sees when you register them online?

I am coming up on my deadline, which means I am acting crazy. Is it a really terrible idea to send a photocopy of a letter of recommendation with my file? I just realized this recommender was a better person to ask, but I didn't this time around and will only be able to send the photocopy without accompanying forms. One of my LoR writers went into the hospital for an unexpected surgery and will be out in a few days. She's already written my LoR and sent out the hard copies, but some schools required an electronic LoR instead, and she hasn't submitted those. I have several applications due today and tomorrow. I'm panicking.

Two of my letters were received, no problem. He third required writer still hasn't gotten her email prompt. She doesn't have a printer. She is out of email contact. The deadline is the 5th, and none of the admissions people come back until the 4th. I've resubmitted to all of her email addresses. I'm super confused!
